The foundation stone was laid after a Bhoomi Puja on September 10, 2018 for a multipurpose auditorium at the Bhavan's Kulpati Munshi Vidya Mandir, Pottore, Trichur. The foundation stone was laid jointly by Bhavan's Patron in Chief Shri K.S. Unni and Kendra Vice Chairman Shri P. Chithran Namboodiripad in the presence of Kendra's Hon. Secretary Shri K.P. Achuthan and Chairman Shri T.S. Pattabhiraman.
