Flagging off the 'Urvara' Run

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Atmakuri Rama Rao School organised Urvara - 3k & 5k Run on February 14, 2016. The students, parents, staff and the management participated.
'Urvara' in Sanskrit means Fertile Soil. The title 'Urvara' is intended to spread the message that the school provides fertile soil to prepare students for the future growth through events such as run, fitness activities, nutrition, etc. The school sponsored 10 unprivileged students of nearby Govt. School to participate in the run, as an initiative of Joy of Sharing. A team 50 Hyderabad Runners, Randauneer Riders
and Adventurers for Greater Hyderabad Adventure club supported the school event. Bibs, T-Shirts and Instruction sheets were distributed to the participants. Medals and Certificates were also distributed.
