Coimbatore Kendra inauguration function of 150 Vivekananda Study Centres

To commemmorate Swami Vivekananda's 150th Jayanthi, the Coimbatore Kendra of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan launched a new project- 'Vivekananda Study Centres' in 150 schools in Coimbatore, Tirupur, Periyar and Nilgiris Districts on July 11, 2012 at Bhavan's premises.
Swami Virabhadranandaji Maharaj, President, Ramakrishna Ashram, Harippad, Kerala, inaugurated the project and addressed the gathering of educationists and Principals of various schools and teachers and students of Bhavan. He emphasised the need for "Transformation" and "Character Building" through Bharatiya Vidya - Indian Education.
