Now that the Supreme Court has upheld the constitutional validity of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, reserving 25 per cent of the seats for the socially disadvantaged and economically weaker sections of society, all the Bhavan's schools have to strive their best to implement the provisions of the Act.

    The Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Coimbatore Kendra runs a Matriculation Higher Secondary School from Standards I to XII. LKG and UKG form a separate unit.     Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Coimbatore, Kendra has been running 2 Matric Higher Secondary Schools very successfully for three decades. The new addition is the Public School at Ajjanur with a lot of planning. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Public School lies near the foot hills of Marudamalai. This beautiful campus started functioning in 2021-2022 for PreKG and LKG classes. For the academic year 2022-2023, we have started from Pre KG to Standard VI. CBSE curriculum is followed.
