Letter from Shri H.N. Dastur
to Principals of Bhavans Schools
Dear Principal,
Now that the Supreme Court has upheld the constitutional validity of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, reserving 25 per cent of the seats for the socially disadvantaged and economically weaker sections of society, all the Bhavan's schools have to strive their best to implement the provisions of the Act.
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Prism School, a Senior Secondary Co- Educational English Medium C.B.S.E., NABET (QCI) accredited and ISO 9001:2015 certified, is situated at PJL campus, Mankahari 23 kilometers away from Satna, in the outskirts of the city.
Established in the year 1997, out of an agreement between Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai and Prism Johnson Limited (Formerly Prism Cement Ltd), Satna (A Raheja Group Company, Mumbai), the school runs in line with Bhavan schools. The school spreads over a campus of 4.2 acres in the premises of Prism Johnson Limited, Satna.
The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi and a CBSE New Generation School. The school is up to XII Standard (SCIENCE & COMMERCE). The school prepares students for the X and XII Standard of All India Secondary and Senior Secondary School Examination of C.B.S.E, New Delhi.
