Now that the Supreme Court has upheld the constitutional validity of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, reserving 25 per cent of the seats for the socially disadvantaged and economically weaker sections of society, all the Bhavan's schools have to strive their best to implement the provisions of the Act.

Late Shri Ramakrishnanji of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan was the inspiration behind the setting up of the Bhavan Kendra in Kuwait. The Kendra established the "Indian Educational School" on September 4, 2006, with 111 students. The school was formally inaugurated on November 30, 2006 by Shri M. Ganapathy, the Ambassador of India to Kuwait. Among those present included Director of the Bhavan's Delhi Kendra and others. It is the 15th Indian School in Kuwait and is the only day boarding Indian school in that country and has the concepts of "No Home work", "No Tuition", "Individual Care for the Children", "Limited number of 25 students in each class". It is the first Indian school to offer Sanskrit as its second language.
Bhavan’s Public School, Doha, Qatar was founded in 2009 and it is managed by Al Minsad
Education Centre. It is a part of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, a premier educational institution in India. The Bhavan’s Public School is a premier school in Doha, with CBSE curriculum under the license from Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Qatar.
The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (abbreviated as CBSE) which is a board of education for public and private schools, under the Union Government of India. The schools is affiliated to CBSE follow the NCERT (National Council of Education, Research and Training) curriculum. NCERT is an autonomous organization under Government of India which develops syllabi, textbooks and teaching-learning materials.
School takes English as the medium of instruction.

Students learn English, Math, Science / EVS, Social Studies, Second language (Arabic, French, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu and Tamil), Art & Craft, Music, Dance, PE and Computer Science in grades 1 to 12 & Third language (Arabic, French, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam) in grade 4 to 6.
The school curriculum keeps in mind the capabilities of each student, thus has been designed in a way that the school activities help students learn and practice skills that help them express their individuality. Apart from enhancing the skills of a student the school offers extensive playfields for physical growth. The co-curricular activities bring out the creativity, curiosity and the power of imagination in the child. Arts, Dance, Drama, Physical Education, Music, ICT, are taken up once or twice a week depending on the Grade levels. The school also conducts Annual Events. In Noble we implement the activities through a set of competent teachers to structure and design the CCA for the entire year.
