Yoga Darshan Academy aims to naturally rejuvenate an individual, by teaching ‘Body’, ‘Mind’ and ‘Spirit’ through YOGA.

Ailments are the body's way of calling attention for 'more care'. Yoga provides simple and practical solutions to all your daily problems. Various chronic illnesses are healed in a natural and effortless ways by Yoga and it also improves the body’s immunity.

At Yoga Darshan Academy the members are trained scientifically to control diseases like Asthma, Arthritis, Blood Pressure, Back Pain, Diabetes, Depression/Stress/ Tension, Menopause, Obesity.

Lectures, Seminars & demonstration are conducted free under the guidance of Yoga instructors & eminent doctors.
