The main idea of the Mother's Day celebration was to highlight the importance of the family, especially a mother, in the life of a child and to recognise the essence of a mother. The hand printing activity of kids was innovatively used to make beautiful cards to express respect, honour and love towards their mothers. Children enthusiastically made flowers with their hand prints and enjoyed the activity. This was an opportunity to relish the everlasting bond of love and affection between a child and a mother and a reminder that it is the mother who consistently provides ethical lessons to us and honestly and morally supports the role of the family, the community and the rest of the world.
