Interactive Session for Parents

A two-phase session was organised on January 13, 2025 at Bhavan’s Girdhardas Mohota Vidya Mandir, Hinganghat. The first session was for parents of students from Classes 6 to 10 on the topic: ‘The role of parents in the personality development of children’ and the second session was for parents of students from Classes 1 to 5. The topic was ‘The importance of giving home teachings to children’. Honourable Shri Devpujariji, the head of All India Sanskrit Bharati, was present as the keynote speaker and chief guest.
Addressing the parents, Shri Devpujariji said that students should be motivated for personality development, and the parents and home play the biggest role in giving home teachings. To develop the confidence among the children and to make them responsible, parents must understand children’s feelings and their needs. Parents must have informal talk with children to create strong bonds. Parents must give values to children by their behaviour and healthy family atmosphere because personality development is a continuous process.
Both sessions were very successful with great support and presence of parents.
