Together for Thrissur

Three events were conducted in the school during this academic year: Onam Celebration, Sikshan Bharati Evaluation and under the ‘Together for Thrissur’ initiative launched by former Collector Krishna Teja IAS, the school is continuing its mission this year by supporting 10 needy families with kits containing essential items.

Youth Festival 2025–26

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s School, Kanjani Thrissur, conducted the youth festival of this year on August 8, 2025.
Shri Gireeshan master, a renowned Artist, social worker and vice Chairman of Gandhi peace foundation, Thrissur inaugurated the function. Shri Ajayakumar P K, Hon. Secretary presided over the function.

Ms. Varna Venugopal an alumnus who secured her Ph.D in English from IIT Madras, was felicitated by Shri Ajayakumar Hon. Secretary who honoured her with a momento.

Shikshan Bharati Inspection 2024-25

On September 25, 2024, Bhavan’s School in Kanjani underwent its Annual Shikshan Bharati Inspection, led by Education Officer (South Zone B) Smt. Vijayalakshmi N.A. She was accompanied by a team of subject experts from Bhavan’s Schools.
During the inspection, the team provided valuable guidelines for the school’s improvement.
Smt. Vijayalakshmi praised the lush greenery and serene atmosphere of the campus, as well as the fully digitalised classrooms, which contribute to a modern learning environment.

Kala Mandir Inaugurated

Bhavan's Kala Mandir was inaugurated by cine and mimicry artist Jayaraj Varrier at Kanjani, Thriprayar. Manalur Panchayat President, P.T Johnson inaugurated the latest technologically advanced Smart Class and Robotics classes. Music and dance, instrumental music, karate, painting, etc. will be taught at the Kala Mandir. Santosh Varrier, K. Lekha, P. K. Ajaykumar and T. R. Rajesh were some of the other dignitaries present on the occasion.
A cultural programme presented by the students was the highlight of the event.
