1994
  • Smt. Sulochana Natu, Sister in law of Shri M.R. Yardi, Chairman of the Bhavan's Pune Kendera gifts a Bungalow situated at 120, Prabhat Road, Erandvana.
  • Inauguration of the New primary School Complex of Bhavan's Gangabux Kanoria Vidya Mandir, Calcutta (sept.15, 1994).
  • Vedic Sammelan: The Bhavan in collaboration with the Maharshi Sandeepany Rashtriya Veda Vidya Pratishthan, Govt. of India organizes a three day Vedic Sammelan from April 2 to 4, 1994 at Bhavan's auditorium, Bombay. The Sammelan was inaugurated by Shri Arjun Singh, the then Union Minister for Human Resources Development, Govt. of India. More than 100 vedic pandits drawn from different parts of the country took part in the Sammelan.
  • Bhavan's Panchkula Kendra in Haryana is started.
  • Bhavan's Vidyalaya, Panchkula in Haryana is started.
  • Bhavan's Aurangabad Kendra is started.
  • Inauguration of Sadachar Bharati for promotion of value & Purity in Public life and Rural Regeneration in commemoration of the historic occasion of the 125th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi by Shri R. Venkataraman, former President of India on October 1.
  • Vedamurti Guru Gangeshwarananda Veda Ratna Awards (four biennial awards) instituted in the name of Vedanta Guru Gangeshwarananda (1881-1922) who was not only a Veda Acharya but also hailed as Vedamurti and who belonged to the select galaxy of Bhavan's honorary Members.
1995
  • The Bhavan confers Honory membership on Swami Satchidanada of USA.
  • Prime Minister Shri P.V. Narasimha Rao visits Bhavan's Centre at Manhattan, New York.
  • Inauguration of Bhavan's Kanchi Mahaswami Shatabdi Sadan at Chennai by Shri N.T. Rama Rao, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Bhavan's Khammam Kendra, Andhra Pradesh is started.
  • Bhavan's Hazira Kendra, Gujarat, is started.
  • Bhavan's Shimoga Kendra, Karnataka is started.
  • Bhavan's New Bombay Kendra, Maharashtra is started.
  • Bhavan's Suchindrum Kendra, Tamilnadu is started.
  • Bhavan's Dehradun Kendra, Uttar Pradesh is started.
  • Bhavan's Vikram Ispat Vidya mandir at Salav, Dist Raigad, Maharashtra is started.
  • Bhavan's DCL Polyster Public School, Mouda Ramtak Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra is started.
  • Bhavan's Nand Vidya Niketan, ESSAR Township, Surat, Gujarat is started.
  • Bhavan brings out a monumental work of about 800 pages, comprising the distilled wisdom of His Holiness Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Swami of Kanchi kamakoti Peetham entitled "The Hindu Dharma - The Universal Way of Life."
  • Bhavan's U.S. Centre organizes a World Music Festival as a tribute to the united Nations on its 50th Anniversary.
  • A three-year post graduate programme in Business management (Equivalent to M.B.A. Degree) is started at the Bhavan's Delhi Kendra.
  • The Bhavan's Shikshan Bharati brings out its first Newsletter Vidya in July 1995.
1996
  • Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, President of India, lays the foundation-stone of Bhavan's Vivekananda Sarva Dharma Maitri Complex in Thrissur, Kerala on February 15, 1996.
  • Inauguration of Bhavan's Gandhi Institute of Computer Education & Information Technology for giving free computer training to the educated unemployed of the economically weaker sections of society, by Dr. Manmohan Singh, then Union Finance Minister and present Prime Minister on July 23, 1996.
  • Shri Vishwanath Trivedi Pravachan Mandir with a seating capacity of 100 is formally declared open on April 19, at the Bhavan's Chennai Kendra by Shri R. Venkatraman, former President of India.
  • The Bhavan confers Honorary membership on well-known writer Dr. S. Shivarama Karanth.
  • Inauguration of Bhavan's Jagadguru Chandrasekharendra Sar-bhakthi Pratishthan in Chennai.
  • Bhavan's Agartala Kendra is started.
