Bhavan's Vidya Mandir

Located in a serene, picturesque, 7 acre setting, Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara is the first school of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan to be established in Kochi in the year 1972.The school enjoys a rich tradition of academic excellence supported by strong partnerships with parents, students, management, faculty and the community.
The School has students enrolled from classes 1 to 12. In the 11th and 12th all students prepare for the All India Senior School Certificate Examination. The medium of instruction is English. Hindi is compulsory up to std. VIII. Yoga, Music, Dance, Art and Computer Science are subjects offered to students of classes III - VIII. Additionally, Artificial Intelligence, Home Science, Informatics Practices and Computer Science are also offered to students of classes IX and X.
Students of classes I to X are provided Life Skills Education. A course on General Knowledge and Current Affairs is offered for students of classes III to VIII. Generic Vocation Course is also provided to students of classes XI and XII.
