Bhavan's Mahila Vibhag

The Bhavan's Mahila Vibhag was established in 1984. It adopted a slum village at Gandhi Nagar, a nearby suburb of the city.
The following are the activities of this Unit:
1. Note Book Manufacturing Unit;
2. Embroidery Centre;
3. Creche - Anganvadi;
4. Bhooshita - Tailoring Unit, and
5. Janatha Janardan Health Organisation.
It has two clinics; one at Gandhi Nagar and the other in the Bhavan's Adarsha Vidyalaya premises at Kakkanad.
