School Evaluation
School evaluation was conducted from 28th to 30th November, 2006 by a team of experts headed by Shri V.S.N. Raju, Education Consultant, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, South Zone A. The school was appreciated by the team.

Inter Bhavan's Debate Competition
Our school hosted the Inter Bhavan's Debate Competition on 13th October, 2006 in the school campus. The topic was "Satyagraha is a potential weapon of struggle even today". Our school team comprising Sudarshan, Sujata Srinivas and R. Ramya won the first prize.

Bhavan's Cultural Meet
The, IV Bhavan's Cultural Meet. was held at Bhimavaram on 18th October, 2006. Competition were held in Skit, Music, Dance and Mime. 15 students from classes VI to IX participated and won consolation prize.

Chess Competition
Six boys of our school participated in the CBSE Soul Zone Chess Competition, 2006 in the last week of October held at Chennai. Our students secured the Xlth position.

School Annual Day
School Annual Day was celebrated on 10th January 2007. The Chief Guest was Smt. D. Purandeswari Hon'ble Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development, Govt. of India.
His Holiness, Bhakti Raghava Swamy Maharaj, International Initiating Guru (ISKCON), International Society for Krishna Conscience graced the occasion and bestowed his benediction. KG Annual Day
KG Annual Day was celebrated on 25th January, 2007. The Chief Guest was Smt. Seetha Kiran, Principal and Regional Director, DAV Institutions, South Zone.

Farewell
Classes IX and XI bid farewell to the outgoing students of classes X and XII on 17th February, 2007.

Workshop for Students

A workshop on Personality Development was held on 20th January 2007 in the school for students of classes VIII and IX. It was organised by "Social Cause" represented by a team of seven software professionals.
A workshop on Emergency Management was conducted on 28th February 2007 in the School! Auditorium, for class VIII. It was conducted by "Emergency Management & Research Institute".

New Facilities
Vasishtha Bhavan was inaugurated on 10th 2007 by Brig. G. Ramalingam, our Honorary Director.
